Ciudad Sangria

Ciudad Sangria started as a project taking inspiration from a culture of our choosing. I sought to honor the traditions of Spanish culture by creating packaging reminiscent of bull fighting and flamenco dancer posters from the 50’s and 60’s. I decided to match each city with a tradition and a different flavor of sangria seeing that sangria is so popular in Spain. The three cities I chose were Cádiz , Seville, and Malaga. The three traditions I chose to represent these cities was Andalusian horse riding, flamenco dancing and bull fighting. All illustrations started with an ai mockup that I then drew on to create a cohesive brand.
